Panthers are on a mission, to build a team that values connection over ego, effort over excuses, and learning over perfection.

We aim to be Smart, Brave, and Connected

Our vision is to create a team that, as well as enjoying football, plays with intelligence, connection and resilience.  Growing together, and solving problems as one.

As part of Drayton Grange we are a community team that as well as following the ethos of the club, have unique values embedded at the core of our identity:

Be Brave: Try things.  Don't hide.  Step forward

Work Together: Help each other. Move as one

Think Fast: See the picture. Make good choices

Keep Going: Stay strong. Stay positive. Stay in the game

Grow Every Day: Learn. Improve. Evolve
